Location: London (due to clearance needed and information being exposed to, this role is on-site only)
Rate: £295 per day, Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months (extension very likely with this client)
Clearance: Candidates must be SC cleared and be able to go through DV clearance on day 1. If candidates already hold a DV clearance, this is advantageous.

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled ROSA Specialist to join my clients team in London full time onsite. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the ROSA disciplines, you will provide expertise and support across four key areas: Partner Account Management (PAM), Corporate Information Management (CIM), ROSA Training (RT), and Asset Management (AT). The ROSA Specialist will support onboarding, training, and IT asset management, as well as facilitate seamless account and SharePoint management for the client

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Account Management (PAM):

    • Oversee the complete onboarding process for new ROSA users.
    • Track and maintain monthly statistics.
    • Manage user account tasks, including disabling, re-enabling, and resetting accounts.
    • Coordinate four main mailboxes to streamline communication.

  • Corporate Information Management (CIM):

    • Maintain and manage SharePoint sites for FCDO and ROSA users.

  • ROSA Training (RT):

    • Deliver classroom-based and remote training sessions.
    • Design self-learning materials across various formats.

  • Asset Management (AT):

    • Oversee inventory of up to 500 ROSA laptops and mobile devices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Essential Skills

    • Accredited IT Training Specialist with Cabinet Office certification.
    • Cross-government experience in ROSA systems.
    • Microsoft SharePoint 2017 Global Admin experience.
    • Proficient in creating self-learning packages using multiple formats.

  • Experience Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of IT training experience within the public sector.
    • Proven expertise in delivering remote training via phone and video.
    • Must hold SC clearance and be willing to obtain DV clearance.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for training delivery.

  • Preferred Experience

    • At least 2 years of ROSA user experience.
    • At least 2 years as a ROSA SharePoint end-user expert.
    • 2 years of experience in training delivery across ROSA elements, including EU, PAM, CIM, and LIM.
