Role Overview:
We require a Stakeholder & Engagement Manager for our public sector client to drive the execution of high impact initiatives within the clients Digital and Cyber capability and workforce strategy from compelling content and strategic press engagements to dynamic social media, impactful events and insight audience analysis.
*For this role it's essential that you possess a background and experience in communications and engagement*
Essential skills and experience required:
High level writing and editing skills with an understanding of different types of content that can be used for different purposes
Significant experience of building and maintaining effective relationships, and using a variety of channels to get the best results
Able to balance changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, using astute judgement to make decisions in the absence of full facts
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a large and diverse audience
Knowledge and understanding of planning and delivering engaging virtual and in person events, and can work across all aspects of a large engagement programme
Ability to be able to grasp a variety of fast moving, often nuanced and complex policies quickly and effectively
Experience of managing a wide range of stakeholders and their competing priorities
A self-starter with a proven track record of operating with minimal oversight to achieve complex delivery milestones.
Experience in communications, with the confidence to provide challenge to stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly simplify complex information.

As the Stakeholder & Engagement Manager you will:
Drive the execution of high-impact initiatives within the clients Digital and Cyber Capability and Workforce strategy, from compelling content and strategic press engagement to dynamic social media, impactful events, and insightful audience analysis.
Support the Cyber Manager engaging the Cyber Profession communities and work towards the objectives set out in their Cyber Action Plan
Assist the Cyber Manager with engaging with members of the Cyber Profession, building connections, gathering insights, and fostering a strong sense of community across departments.
Support with the organisation and promotion of a calendar of virtual, in person, regional and London-based, cross-government, events and community meetings and strengthen cross-government engagement
