ERP Integration Delivery Analyst

Rate: £500-£580 per day (negotiable)

Role Overview;

We require an ERP Integration Delivery Manager for our higher education client, with previous experience of working on a Finance programme and experience of the ERP System Unit4.

The Client has a strategic project where they are transforming their finance system, specifically the Agresso system to a cloud based environment.

You will support the delivery of system integrations as part of their Unit4 ERP CR implementation programme.

This role will act as the coordination point between functional teams, the internal integrations team and the implementation partner to ensure integrations are correctly specified, tested and delivered.

The role will focus on ensuring end-to-end integration testing and validation, translating functional requirements into clear specifications for integration teams and ensuring issues are identified and resolved during testing cycles.

The programme currently includes approximately 26 integrations across multiple source systems, which will require coordination, documentation and structured testing throughout the delivery lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

To act as the primary coordination point between functional teams, the internal integrations team and the Unit4 implementation partner.

Track and manage the delivery of integrations across the programme.

Ensure integration development aligns with functional and technical requirements.

Support end-to-end testing of integrations within Unit4 ERP CR.

Work with functional testers to validate whether integrations are operating as expected.

Identify and analyse integration errors or data issues during testing.

Translate testing outcomes into clear defect reports or change specifications for the integration teams.

Facilitate the definition and documentation of data mapping requirements for integrations.

Ensure mapping specifications are clearly documented and agreed by relevant stakeholders.

Support the creation and maintenance of integration documentation and interface specifications.

Investigate integration issues identified during testing cycles.

Coordinate resolution between the internal integrations team, Unit4 consultants and functional SMEs.

Ensure integration issues are tracked and resolved in line with programme timelines.

Maintain oversight of integration delivery progress across the programme.

Support programme reporting on integration readiness and risks.

Ensure integration activities align with testing phases including IST and UAT.

 

As the ERP Integration Delivery Analyst you will possess the following:

Essential

Experience working on system integrations within ERP or large system implementation programmes with Unit4

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Experience supporting integration testing and defect resolution

Strong stakeholder coordination skills across technical and functional teams

Experience documenting data mappings and interface specifications

 

Desirable

Experience working with middleware or integration platforms

Experience supporting ERP testing cycles (IST/UAT)

Experience documenting data transformation or mapping logic

Someone with previous integration  experience in:

• MuleSoft
• Azure Integration Services
• Boomi
• similar middleware platforms

Has worked on previous ERP implementation programmes and understands:

Data structures

Testing cycles

Business process flows

Ability to work across both technical and functional teams
