Senior Project Manager (Oracle Cloud Fusion)
Contract duration: 2 years
Rate: £680 per day
Location: Manchester & remote (hybrid working)

Project Overview
A Senior Project Manager is required for our higher education client who are delivering a major programme to migrate core ERP services to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
As such a key element of this work is ensuring that their existing boundary systems and applications are ready.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading this specific programme workstream, focusing on coordinating the technical and functional changes required on their side to ensure readiness for integration.
Essential Experience
Proven experience delivering ERP-to-Cloud migration projects (Oracle Cloud Fusion experience desirable, though not essential).
Strong track record in managing systems integration and application change.
Excellent ability to matrix manage technical and functional resources across teams and suppliers.
Strong skills in project planning, RAID management, and delivery.
Desirable Experience
Any experience working with Boomi or other integration platforms.
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT).
An understanding of Higher Education or similarly complex organisational environments.
Responsibilities include:
As the Senior Project Manager you will lead the delivery of their systems and integration workstream within their programme and be accountable for ensuring that all technical activities are identified, planned, resourced and delivered effectively and that they align with the wider programme objectives.
- Coordinate and matrix manage multiple technical and functional resources.
- Ensure application activities are properly planned, resourced, and tracked through to completion.
- Oversee delivery of the organisation-side activities to support integrations (Boomi).
- Work in partnership with the testing teams to ensure effective planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across integration and boundary system changes.
- Provide clear, evidence-based progress updates and assurance to the IT Programme Delivery Lead and senior stakeholders.
Hybrid Working: This role will require you to be on the client site in Manchester two days per week.
