Dynamics 365 CE Consultant
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: £450 - £500 per day (negotiable)

IR35 Status: Outside
A Dynamics 365 CE Consultant is required for our public sector client to design, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions. The Client is undertaking four major projects involving Dynamics 365 CE; hence you will be joining their technology team to undertake the work required.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure the platform to improve business processes and meet organisational goals.
Also to develop proof of concepts/value and pilots, workflows, and integrations with other systems, as well as providing ongoing oversight and guidance for the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE directly and by partners.
Key areas/responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
Configure CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Develop proof of concept/pilot, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Provide ongoing oversight and best practice consultancy on the implementation of the Dynamics 365 platform.
Create and maintain design and technical documentation
Essential Skills & Experience required:
As the Dynamics 365 CE Consultant you will possess the following:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Experience in configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions preferably in a pre-sales consultancy role or consultative capacity
- Workflows, and integrations with other systems
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience in system integrations and creating high-level reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Technical Evaluation
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 workflows, configuration and data model
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively directly with business stakeholders and other technical teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and also translate technical solutions into accessible business language
- Ability to lead projects and teams to successful outcomes
- Agile experience
- Concise and accessible documentation writing and presentations to a range of audiences
