Solutions Architect (CCaaS)

Duration: 6 Months initially

Rate £700 per day (possibly negotiable)

Location: Cardiff & remote  - hybrid working (2 days per week onsite in Cardiff)

We require an Architect with CCaaS technology experience – essential

This is a customer experience solution that provides the capabilities required to route inbound customer interactions to call center agents.

Also to possess Amazon connect platform experience too - essential

Desirable would be experience in NICE WFM too.
