Job Title - Finance and Operations M365 Systems Administrator
Rate - up to £600 inside IR35
Location - Remote - aligned to UK working hours 
Term - 12-month contract
 
We are looking for a skilled Release and System Administrator with expertise in MS 365 F&O to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for user identity and security management, configuration and business process management, extensions and customizations, release management, backup and database management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams.
 
What you'll be doing:- 

- Conduct security audits and monitoring of D365 environments
- Develop backup and recovery plans, security configuration guidelines, and release plans
- Collaborate with development and testing teams
- Generate environment health check reports and provide training and knowledge transfer plans
- Make continuous improvement recommendations to enhance system performance and efficiency

What you'll be responsible for:-

- Manage user identity and security within the system while ensuring security best practices are followed
- Define, develop, and operate business processes and configure system settings to align with organizational needs
- Operate extensions and custom code or modules
- Manage release and change management processes for Dynamics 365, including upgrade/update support and deployment planning
- Oversee backup and database management, including data migrations, refreshes, and archiving
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each environment and monitor and troubleshoot non-production deployments and performance issues
- Coordinate with 3rd parties and other IT groups for support and issue resolution

What we need you to have:-

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O Lifecycle Services and Power Platform Environment Administration
- Experience with Azure DevOps and technical expertise in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration
- Technical functional knowledge in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, or Inventory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems
