The Clients Web Transformation Programme  is undertaking a series of projects to transform its key internal and external web presences.

They are mobilising a team of functional experts to deliver an end-to-end review of their web content, UX and design, content delivery platforms and governance models.

  • Experience of taking a user-centric, analytics-informed approach to developing content and improving websites
  • Experience of working with stakeholders of various levels to translate their requirements and priorities into meaningful approaches to digital content
  • Experience of managing third party suppliers of digital content and publishing systems
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of web publishing, Content Management Systems and how teams of editors to manage and update web content
  • Strong influencing skills, and the ability to deal with demanding stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • A good understanding of factors affecting website accessibility and search engine optimisation
  • The ability to manage projects with complex requirements and multiple stakeholders

Desirable would be:

  • Experience of briefing and overseeing the creation of multimedia content, including video and photography
  • An understanding of the Higher Education arena, particularly from an IT or digital communications perspective
  • Experience of creating and maintaining project documentation
